Sr. Engineer.
Duties and Responsibilities
This is the senior management position; the position holder will be responsible for overall construction management in different part of the country including expert engineering inputs as and when required.
Sr. engineer’s day-to-day duties and responsibilities are determined by where they work, there are many core tasks associated with the role. Based on our analysis of job listings, these include:
Deliver practical engineering solutions
- Provide onsite practical engineering solutions as per the nature of work.
- Supervise the engineering teams deployed in different construction sites.
- Amend and modify the design, drawings and workflow in agreement with clients.
Cost control and contract administration
- Responsible for overall cost control efforts.
- Takes lead role in administration of contract in hand or in pipeline.
- Takes lead role in exploration of prospective opportunities and bidding procedures.
- Responsible for financial management of the organization in collaboration with management.
Quality control including safety and security
- Follow and develop strict guideline for quality assurance of the works and the teams.
- Take lead role in required lab test of materials and construction work as stipulated in the contract and design documents.
- Fully complies to the client’s satisfaction and makes sure that the work performed are as per agreed standard.
- Assures full safety and security standard of the team members, materials.
- Make necessary and swift arrangement for any undesired incidents in the sites and in offices.
Billing and reporting
- Take lead in preparation bills and quantity estimate.
- Assures full standard of the report produced for clients and for the organization.
- Coordinate and expedite the clearance of bills and reports with clients and participate as a management team member in different forum.
Skills and Qualifications
Sr. engineer needs strong analytical and leadership skills so they can solve technical engineering challenges while managing a large construction team. Employers typically seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in building construction, and the following skills:
- Computer-aided drafting and design 3D modeling software
- Geographic information systems (GIS)
- Modern Surveying equipment
- Well exposed to big project management.
Engineer.

The position holder will be responsible for construction management, quality supervision of the work under the supervision of Sr. engineer in different part of the country including expert engineering inputs as and when required.

- Provide onsite practical engineering solutions as per the nature of work.

- Reports for any undesired incidents in the sites and in offices to the supervisor immediately.

Surveyor
Duties and Responsibilities
The position holder will be responsible for any sort of survey work that may come onsite including handling of latest survey equipment plotting the outputs in required form such as drafting work.
Execute Survey and measurement.
- Provide onsite survey solutions as per the nature of work.
- Carryout any quantity measurement of construction work or materials at stock or in transit.
- Supervises the work as and when required.
Drafting and digitalization of outputs.
- Perform the calculation of survey data with most reliable and technological method.
- Plot the data digitally.
- Make necessary changes as per the requirements.
Billing and reporting
- Take necessary measurement and prepare the cost estimate.
- Assists in clearance and submission of bills and quantity.
- Assists in financial reporting.
Skills and Qualifications
